设计范围：地块规划+建筑+景观+商业+室内

规划设计从生态宜居、城市形象、功能合理、绿色可持续的实际角度出发，根据周边的道路等级、城市最佳展示面，对用地进行了划分，将地块划分为商业及居住两个组团。沿街的商业功能一方面服务于地块区域内的住区，另一面电影院的设立解决了地块周边大面积居住区的配套服务需要。住宅组团全部采用一梯两户、南北通透的高品质大户型设计。

The planning and design is based on the practical perspective of ecological livability, city image, reasonable function and green sustainability. According to the surrounding road grades and the best display surface of the city, the land is divided into two groups: commercial and residential. . The commercial function along the street serves the residential area in the plot area on the one hand, and the establishment of the cinema on the other side solves the supporting service needs of the large-scale residential area around the plot. The residential groups all adopt high-quality large-sized design with one ladder and two households and transparent north and south.
